Comments

Please feel free to comment on any and all of my posts. I just posted a few comments under "The Avocado" in response to some "disagreements" over my guacamole recipe. I reviewed my recipe and altered it a bit. I also offered my pick of ingredients for a more traditional variation of guacamole, but I would love to have more input...or disagreements...ehem.

I'll be posting a whole new recipe for guacamole--avocados, tomatoes, onions, and more, oh my!--as soon as I bother to use measurements when I'm at it.

Alia, straight up, i love this blog. dont be worried about the critics, as each to his own. you dont like cilantro, jed, fine, i believe avocados and cilantro have a little thing going on, so personally, on michaels recommendation, i will be- with pictures, a web site, and a video hotter than paris hilton soon to follow- be fabricating a sort-of cilantro and onion/tomato studded love-glove (i`m thinking gellan and definitely no serrano chiles)so we may all enjoy guacamole in an interesting-and much faster reinterpretation of the now infamous ¨lovingly-hacking¨ step- into the deeply criticised aliapia guac recipe. MY only critique is that i dig the soft-euro moniker pilsener, with that soft-euro e. but im just queer like that...and in MY fantasy im fucking an avocado and drinking Sol, the best beer on earth. cheers!
